RisingEd Initiative is dedicated to improving educational outcomes and empowering youth in Phoenix, particularly those attending Title 1 schools, through targeted research, meaningful giveback initiatives, and long-term advocacy. We begin by conducting comprehensive research to assess the needs of Title 1 schools and engaging with local school districts to ensure our efforts are aligned with the real challenges students face. As part of our commitment to supporting youth, we focus on providing 'Student Athlete of the Month' gift baskets to students who excel not just in athletics and academics, but also in determination, effort, and character.
Our approach goes beyond recognizing skill and talent; we celebrate students who show resilience, leadership, and sportsmanship in the classroom and on their teams. Through this giveback operation, we aim to provide these deserving students with gifts and resources they may not have had access to, supporting their growth and development. This initiative strengthens the youth in our community, both in schools and through youth organizations, and helps create the foundation for a stronger Phoenix by investing in the leaders of tomorrow.
We enhance educational opportunities for youth in Phoenix by empowering students to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential. By addressing systemic challenges and providing targeted resources, we ensure students have access to the tools they need to thrive academically and personally. Every child deserves the chance to succeed, and we are here to make that possible.
Our initiative uses research and community engagement to identify and address the unique needs of students. Through mentorship programs and resource development, we help students build confidence, develop skills, and prepare for a brighter future. Education is the key to breaking cycles of hardship, and we are committed to ensuring it is within reach for all.

We focus on three core areas:

- Mental Health: Promoting mental wellness through advocacy and outreach programs.
There are several ways to support our work:

- Volunteer: Help out with our events or programs to make a difference hands-on.
- Internships: Students can apply for internships with us to gain experience while earning school credit.

Your donations directly support our three main initiatives and make a tangible impact in the community. For example:
- Homelessness: Donations help fund our annual blanket drive, providing warm blankets to individuals experiencing homelessness during the cold winter months.
- Education: Contributions support educational resources and programs for under-resourced schools, empowering students and teachers alike.
- Mental Health: Your support helps us create and distribute mental health kits for children in counseling, providing them with tools to manage stress and improve emotional well-being.
Every dollar you give fuels our mission to create lasting change. We’re committed to transparency and ensuring your contributions make a measurable difference.
