Led by Marina Doering, Licensed Art Therapist and founder of The Creative Continuum, this hands-on workshop offers kids a safe space to explore emotions through guided art activities. Each participant will leave with take-home items to support their ongoing creative wellness journey.
Youth between the ages of 8 and 12. Parents/guardians must register in advance.

Marina S. Doering, LPC, ATR-BC, ADHD-CCSP
Marina, the Founder and Clinical Director of Creative Continuum, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board-Certified Art Therapist, and Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider with over a decade of experience. Specializing in working with children, adolescents, and families, Marina combines behaviorally informed, somatic, and trauma-sensitive therapies with creative approaches. Her holistic methods, infused with her passion for yoga and creativity, create a nurturing space where children can explore their emotions and build resilience. In the workshop, Marina will guide participants in using art as a tool for self-expression and emotional growth, equipping them with skills to foster well-being at home.
Shannon Killpack, LAC, ATR, CAS
Shannon, a Primary Clinician and Autism Specialist at Creative Continuum, is a Licensed Associate Counselor, Registered Art Therapist, and Certified Autism Specialist with a Master’s in Art Therapy and Counseling. With over seven years of experience, particularly with pediatric populations, Shannon integrates techniques like EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy into her practice. Her empathetic and creative approach fosters a safe environment for children to discover their identities and build emotional resilience through art. At the workshop, Shannon will help kids develop practical art therapy techniques to support mindfulness and emotional regulation.
